Where Do I Get These Ideas?

Just the other day I was at Merison's and snapped this photo of some beautiful pottery from Ridgehaven Studios here in Paris, Tennessee.

It was a great shot and I thought, "Someone should paint that."   (Sometimes it slips my mind that I am an artist.)

So ...  I cleaned it up a little bit.

And started playing with it.

It's all the little touches that make the difference.

And I finally came up with this.  What cha' think?

It's hard to show the actual resolution on the internet, but here's a close up so you can see what's going on.

Now I just need to come up with a name for it.
