The earrings shown here are something new I’m trying out - hand painted paper!

But just because it’s paper, don’t be deceived. It’s very tough and durable and will last for many, many years with the proper care. And, because it’s paper - it’s surprisingly light!

The Well House at Paris Winery

I had a hard time picking just the right photo for Earth Day.  This one is several years old but I've always loved the clouds in contrast to the green of earth.  It seems that every time I go to the Paris Winery ... the clouds are like this. 

And then of course ...

The Lake

.. there's this one also.  There's just something about blue skies, white fluffy clouds and Earth Day.

Our Cat, Murphy, continues to be the subject of many of my photographs.  He hasn't always been quite so willing  to have his photo made.   Maybe as he's gotten older, he's gotten slower.  Murphy is about 18 years old.  Let's see.  In Cat years that would be .....

Spring, when the Phlox blooms is their favorite time of year.

I found this little bunny hiding out at Homestead Gardens last year.

Apparently he really loves Petunias.

This is my very favorite.  Our granddaughter, Addie with Flopsy and Mopsy.

All of these images were snapshots taken with an inexpensive little point and

shoot camera and then enhanced a little bit by me in Photoshop.
