New Venue For My Jewelry - The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad on Highway 79 N (the Lake highway) has started carrying my jewelry.  This boutique seems to carry a little bit of everything - women, men and children's fashion, jewelry, shoes, the prettiest flip flops I've ever seen, decorative items, gifts, candles, lipstick - the list could just go on and on.  It's a wonderful store and much needed addition to the Paris Landing area.  The owner is Kim Neumair. I hope you'll stop and visit.

Tricks Of The Trade

Sometimes you would have a perfect photo if it weren't for one or two little things.

Photoshop to the rescue!

World War Exhibit In Paris

Just a couple of the photos I took today at the Paris/Henry County Heritage Center.  They are setting up an exhibit on World War I and World War II.

Tulip Boat At Paris Landing

Over the years, I've taken numerous photos of the "Tulip Boat" which have been featured in my other blog at parislanding.net.  I bought a digital camera years ago thinking it would be great to take photos of scenes I wanted to paint.  I would always "clean them up a little bit" in Photoshop.  Many of the photos always looked so good, I never got around to painting them.

The "Tulip Boat" is back.  It must be Spring! You can see more photos at http://parislanding.blogspot.com/search?q=tulip+boat
